Return Policy

At Drszone, we prioritize sustainability by using print-on-demand processes to reduce waste. As part of our commitment to being eco-friendly, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us. We’ll happily replace the item or issue a store credit.

Order Processing:
All our products are printed on demand. Once your order is received, our team begins the production process. Production times may vary depending on the complexity and customization of the item. Please refer to the product description for estimated production times.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected destination and the weight of the items. Once your order has been produced and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We partner with reputable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. If there are delays feel free to contact us and we will look for a solution. 

Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary based on the shipping location and products that you ordered. Estimated shipping times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, and other external factors may affect shipping times.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

International Shipping:
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over customs processing times and cannot predict potential delays due to customs inspections.

Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team. We will work with you to address the issue.
